PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout are our two forms of payment accepted. Please be advised that we will not start work on your order until we have received your payment.

We are based in Virginia, so there is a 6% sales tax on orders being shipped to an address in Virginia.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
All items ship through the United States Postal Service. You will receive an automated Etsy message from our shop once your item has shipped that will also include the tracking number(s) associated with your order. Please note that there may be additional fees, such as customs fees, that you as the buyer will be responsible for paying before your local postal carrier will deliver your package. We are not responsible for any customs or other fees that may be associated with delivery to an address outside of the continental United States, as we have no way of knowing if and what your location will charge before they will deliver your package.
We are not responsible for damage and/or loss of your package once it has left our hands. We take care to package every order so that it will get to you safely. We are not responsible for the way in which the shipping service handles your package. To help insure against loss and/or damage we suggest that you purchase insurance for an additional charge. Please message us before ordering, so that we can quote you a price and add it to your total.

We can cancel your order if you request us to do so as long as it has not already been printed and/or shipped. If your order was for a custom piece, we will not cancel your order after we have created your art work. We also do not accept returns of custom pieces. Please be advised that if your order is shipping to an address outside of the continental United States, you may be required to pay additional fees, such as customs fees, before your local postal carrier will deliver your package. We do not pay those fees, as we are not aware of what, if any customs fees, will be charged to you at the time you place your order. Please message us with any questions you may have before placing your order.
If you would like to return an item, you must request a return within 3 days of receiving it. We will not refund you for the cost of shipping to you, or back to us. Once we receive the item back, as long as it is in the same condition we shipped it in, we will refund you for the amount of the item(minus any shipping overages) or exchange it for another item, which does not include any shipping fees paid by you or by us.
Custom orders may be charged an additional fee, depending on the size and detail of your request. We will let you know if there will be a fee for a custom item before you order. Please be sure to check the info section and price of your items in the listing before sending payment, so that we can answer any questions you may have before you place the order.
We guarantee that our items are not wholesale, meaning that we are not buying wholesale goods and simply reselling them. All of our products are created by our hands for you.
